Our latest ADU project introduces new construction for two ADUs. These modern and stylish properties are designed to provide comfortable living spaces with high-quality finishes and thoughtful layouts. Each ADU offers a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics, perfect for individuals or families looking for a contemporary home in a desirable location. With attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship, these homes are sure to impress even the most discerning buyers. We used two different software, Revit and Enscape. I was the main person for designing using negative space and positive space, checking zoning codes and building codes, interior design, and external rendering. I was involved from start to finish, including the interior and exterior.
