Our most recent development initiative encompasses the creation of a state-of-the-art three-story building with a focus on modern construction. The design of these contemporary and elegant apartments has been carefully crafted to provide residents with comfortable living spaces adorned with top-notch finishes and well-considered layouts. Each unit boasts a seamless fusion of practicality and visual appeal, catering perfectly to individuals or families in search of a modern apartment situated in a highly sought-after location. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to superior craftsmanship, these apartments are sure to captivate even the most discerning of tenants. Our design team utilized two distinct software programs, namely Revit and Enscape. My personal involvement encompassed the utilization of negative and positive space, rigorous scrutiny of zoning and building codes, as well as the meticulous curation of both interior and exterior design elements. I was dedicated to the project from its inception right through to its completion, ensuring a harmonious and cohesive approach to both the interior and exterior facets of the development.
